Personal workout plans come with instructional videos and personal instructions from me; so there is never any guess work as how to do your workouts.

You will have contact with me at any time if you have any questions regarding your workouts, or having any issues with your workout. I provide ongoing training, teaching, and support to help you achieve your goals. Weekly check-ins are also done so there isn't a chance you cannot achieve your goals.
